For those that may be interested, here’s the background for the PSX Retro Review Site. Currently, this is a one man show. By one man, I mean me, PSXtreme. I was a writer, PS2 Lead and eventually Senior Editor for the now defunct XGPGaming.com. Once it was bought up by the now defunct Fevergaming.com, I stayed on staff for enough time to see that things were not progressing and eventually left. Usually, I can be found in the www.savingprogress.com forums, but I’m not on their staff.

Currently, I’m employed as an Over The Road Truck Driver and do all of my gaming/web surfing while driving across America’s Highways. Available online time is not as often as I wish, so updates to the site pages may have large gaps of time in them. Nevertheless, I try to give new content every time I get on. I’m an extensive PlayStation gamer and have with me over 600 PS2 games in my truck. As new games are acquired, they will be added to the Micro Review pages along with possibly full reviews on the main page.

[Update] I’ve recently acquired a physical location, better known as a home, and will be updating the site to include the 1012 PSOne games in my library now that I have gotten them out of storage. The entire site will be going through a complete facelift, the addition of a PSOne Micro Review page and even full PSOne game reviews.
